Description/Synopsis:
Experienced Financial Manager required for an established Machinery Company, based in Boksburg. The ideal candidate will have a BCom degree, completed articles, and a strong post-article background in financial management. A proven track record in managing stock, imports, and distribution is essential. This is a strategic role but requires “hands-on” oversight of the finance function for the entity as well as managing a team and direct reporting to the FD.
Minimum Requirements:
BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
Completed SAIPA, SAICA or CIMA articles
Minimum 5 years post-article experience in a similar role
Strong staff management experience – at least 3 years
Manufacturing/FMCG or OEM environment experience beneficial
Advanced Excel
SYSPRO ERP system experience beneficial
Experience with stock forecasting, slow-moving inventory, and import processes
Strong financial reporting, consolidation and budgeting skills
