FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Corporate Operations Branch of COMNAVSURFMINEWARDEVCEN. Responsibilities You will develop budgets based on analysis of funding authority, past and current budget execution trends, and analysis of financial programs. You will formulate budgets as well as estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. You will present and defend budget estimates before authorities. You will control and report obligations and expenditures. You will develop, determine, and interpret budgetary policies and practices. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
