FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the N7H COMPTROLLER of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND. Responsibilities You will perform analytical analysis of budget formulation and execution; ensure funding is within applicable laws established by Congress for all appropriation types. You will collect, analyze and consolidate input from components. Research, correlate and summarize data and prepare justification to defend budget estimate. You will support the preparation of monthly/annual spend plans and monitor execution; incorporate changes in program parameters, funding levels, and requirements. You will perform DTS program oversight to arrange, review, and approve entitlements as outlined in the Joint Travel Regulations. You will assist GTCC card holders in obtaining, using, and reconciling their accounts.
