Role Description

The Financial & Insurance Advisor is a full‑time, on‑site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The role involves advising individuals and corporate clients on life insurance, health protection, savings, and retirement solutions aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing financial needs, proposing suitable insurance and investment products, and preparing clear proposals and reports. The advisor will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, provide ongoing policy reviews, handle claims‑related inquiries, and ensure high‑quality customer service. The role also includes staying informed about AIA products, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and participating in training, sales activities, and team meetings to achieve performance targets.
