As Deals Manager you will manage and deliver buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements, ensuring the analysis is completed to scope and translated into clear transaction conclusions and recommendations for partners and clients.

In addition, for Senior Manager: You will provide oversight over multiple complex engagements end-to-end, shaping diligence strategy and conclusions, advising senior stakeholders on transaction and SPA implications (pricing / structure / risk mitigation), and supervising delivery across teams and geographies.
