Qualifications
CA (Chartered Accountant) qualified
Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience, including 7–10 years in a senior leadership role as Director Finance or Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Hands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, compliance, and taxation
Proven leadership abilities and strategic financial management skills
