Job Description

The team is responsible for supporting MSCI’s new AI Data Management Platform , enabling high-quality data ingestion, document processing, IBOR data workflows, and the delivery of AI-enhanced data outputs to internal and external stakeholders. The team partners closely with Technology, Data Operations, Product, and Client Service to ensure that AI-driven processes are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs. We oversee data governance, exception handling, and the operationalization of AI models used across MSCI’s analytics and client platforms.

  • Support daily operations of the AI Data Management Platform , including document management, IBOR workflows, and data delivery.
  • Configure and maintain client setups and GP access , ensuring accurate and timely data availability.
