Customer Escalations Representative (Hybrid)
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Model: Hybrid (1 week in office / 1 week remote after training)
Training: First 30–60 days onsite

What You'll Do

+ Assist customers with escalated questions, concerns, and complaint resolutions.

+ Handle inbound calls from customers and internal partners regarding active complaint cases.

+ Gather information, investigate issues, and document cases accurately.

What We're Looking For

+ 2+ years of customer service experience handling escalated or complex issues.
