The Financial Controller Manager is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role leads a team of accountants and works closely with executive leadership to deliver timely and accurate financial data, enabling informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:


Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.

  • Develop financial reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
