Financial Controller

PWM is seeking a Financial Controller who is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial activities, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and supporting business decision-making. This role plays a critical part in cost control, financial planning, and operational analysis within a manufacturing setting, with a focus on inventory, production costing, and process efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and variance analysis
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
• Develop and maintain standard costing systems for hydraulic components and assemblies
• Analyze production costs, labor efficiency, material usage, and overhead allocation
• Lead the annual budgeting process & rolling forecasts
