Job Description

  1. Deliver monthly management accounts
  2. Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and assist when required
  3. Own support schedules/data (e.g. fixed asset registers, bank reconciliations, accrual/prepayment schedules)
  4. Interrogate revenue reporting/system
  5. Review VAT returns and assist with other tax work
  6. Manage invoices payable system
  7. Manage cashflow
  8. Assist with audit fieldwork and review statutory accounts
  9. Coordinate and review payroll
  10. Manage finance team members (two direct reports)
  11. Ensure bank loan compliance
  12. Enhance processes to improve timeliness and quality of information
