Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you will own the end-to-end financial results for the Services Group—a multi-entity, multi-country cluster of people-heavy support organizations. You will ensure accurate monthly results, clean intercompany balances, strong process execution, and on-time local filings. Act as the single point of accountability for statutory compliance, auditor engagement, and financial integrity for Services entities.

You are the financial owner for their entities, ensuring that results are right, evidence-backed, compliant, and explainable.

You will:

• Deliver accurate month-end P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow submissions for each Services entity;
• Prepare clear explanations and variance analysis; challenge unusual trends, errors, or incomplete postings;
• Ensure entity documentation (board minutes, legal registers, etc.) is complete and audit-ready;
