I. Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Growth Strategy: Direct financial planning to support our trajectory.
  • Performance Analysis: Provide deep-dive analytics on Cost per Acquisition vs. Lifetime Value of policies.
  • Decision Support: Assist CEO/COO with high-level policy and strategy decisions based on complex data analysis.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and implement strategies to minimize financial and operational risks.

II. Audit & Control

  • Daily Tracker-to-Bank Reconciliation: Absolute ownership of verifying number of Sales (Renewals, B2B, B2C) and Finance to match actual bank credits within 24 hours.
  • Remittance Policing: Ensure 100% on-time premium remittance to carriers. Zero tolerance for policy lapses due to financial administrative delays...
