Financial Controller

Overview

Location: Fully Remote. Working hours: 8am-5pm EST. Role Overview: We are looking for a Financial Controller with experience in agency environments (digital marketing, creative, or similar) and a strong background in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This role will oversee the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online (QBO) records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and improve profitability.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking for the agency.
• Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees and contractors.
