Role Overview
The Financial Controller is responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, with ownership of balance sheet integrity and profit and loss performance. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards and works closely with finance operations and reporting teams to resolve issues and support efficient financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements
Own balance sheet and P&L accountability
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP
Partner with AR, AP, and other finance teams to support end-to-end operations
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, AP/AR, and financial reporting
Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge
Advanced Excel and SAP/S4HANA experience
Experience in shared services or complex environments
