Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, oversee all accounting and finance processes; A/R, A/P, payroll.
  • Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts. Preparation of account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, month-end financial reports.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Process bi-weekly payroll and benefits files using Jonas Construction Software, including all government and union remittances.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing, prepare internal financial statements for external parties on a quarterly basis, and analyze budget variances (actual vs. projected costs) as required.
