Financial Controller

Overview

We are looking for an experienced BU Financial Controller to lead financial planning, reporting, controls, and business performance management for our Business Unit.

This role will work closely with the Business Unit Head and Corporate Finance team to help drive profitability, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth.

• Partner with Business Unit leaders to improve financial performance and profitability
• Provide insights on revenue, expenses, and growth opportunities
• Recommend strategies to improve efficiency and business results
• Support long-term planning and investment decisions
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
