Financial Controller

We are looking for a proficient and motivated Financial Controller to join the leadership team of a respected Canadian agricultural cooperative on a full‑time, permanent basis. This key role offers the opportunity to work within a stable organization with a long‑standing history of supporting producers nationwide. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of financial operations, provide strategic insight, and play a critical role in driving the organization’s long‑term success. The ideal candidate is genuine, collaborative, and able to tackle complex situations while leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. You will be required to:

• Lead and oversee all day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and cash management
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support strategic decision‑making
