About the Role
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing the accounting function, driving financial reporting, improving processes, and partnering with operations to support strategic growth.
Pay range and compensation package
- Base Salary: $140,000 (slight flexibility)
- Bonus: 10 to 20% depending on experience
- Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities
- Own the month-end and year-end close process
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, including maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and provide financial insights to executive leadership
