Job Summary

Financial Controller - 2 year Maternity Cover

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Works closely with Divisional HR Director, Business Unit Local team (HR/Finance) to coordinate and consolidate hiring plan, forecast and budget for HCs/FTEs and employment cost
  • Coordinate with Divisional/Group HR the monthly HC / FTE reporting, including variance analysis and provide insights
  • Supports BU Finance and Comply Controlling in preparing the end to end Divisional FTE/HC/employment cost forecast
  • Supports Divisional Resource Committee with data organization and coordination
  • Maintains and optimizes the central FTE/HCs/Avg. Cost data for reporting and forecasting ensuring constant monitoring using key figures
  • Further development of the existing processes in close collaboration with Divisional HR/Controlling and Group HR
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and requests that arise...
