Financial Controller

Hours: Align with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) - 8 AM - 5PM

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. This role will manage a small team, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, produce accurate financial reporting, and maintain internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes across multiple properties.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, variance reports, and management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and FASB standards.
• Review property‑level financials, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.

Audit & Compliance

• Manage audit preparation, review workpapers, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Maintain compliance with loan covenants, tax filings, and entity‑level reporting requirements.
