Job Description


We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Controller to oversee and enhance the financial operations of a growing multinational organization. This role requires deep accounting expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to scale finance operations as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all global accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, GL, inventory, and revenue recognition

  • Oversee monthly/quarterly/year-end closes and prepare financial statements

  • Manage regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and treasury functions

  • Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements

  • Coordinate external vendors and service providers

  • Support M&A activity and multi-entity consolidations

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
