Overview

Role Overview This position is accountable for overseeing the complete Corporate & Fund Finance operations, ensuring efficient reporting and control over funds, import expenditures, capital expenditures, investments, and assets. The role will report directly to the Country Head.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire financial accounting and compliance functions for both the Corporate and Fund entities.
• Ensure the preparation of the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements within deadlines while maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Handle statistical and regulatory reporting to government organizations.
• Manage the financial and operational budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare cash flow balances and forecasts.
• Guarantee the accurate and timely processing of income distributions.
• Handle SST, withholding tax, FATCA, CRS, tax returns, and ensure timely submissions. ...
