Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all financial aspects of the companies, compliance with MFRS, and other statutory requirements to achieve strategic business objectives and long-term sustainability. You will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
1. Financial Strategy, Governance & Compliance
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure strong financial governance aligned with Group strategy and compliance with MFRS, regulatory requirements, and Bursa Malaysia standards.
Oversee timely submission of statutory accounts, monthly and quarterly reporting, and Board papers across relevant business entities.
Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit readiness across operations.

Drive enterprise performance through development of KPIs, dashboards, and structured monthly performance reviews across operating entities.
