Financial Controller

This newly createdrole reportts to a Group FC in a highly successful manufacturing company in county Galway. Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring the timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes, and overseeing all core accounting functions, including Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 15 finance professionals ( including Team leads) and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the organisation's financial objectives.
