Hartmann Young is partnered with a rapidly growing European manufacturing group within the nutraceutical and functional food sector, based in Duiven, to appoint an experienced Finance Manager. The company are offering an EU relocation for the right candidate.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the financial foundation of an ambitious, scaling organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making
• Manage and continuously improve finance and accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial planning & controlling
• Monitor and manage liquidity, ensuring strong working capital performance through effective control of inventory and receivables
