An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and commercially focused Country Financial Controller to lead the finance function for a well-established international organisation. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, compliance, reporting, and business partnering across the Irish operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Financial Leadership

  • Lead the finance team and contribute to the senior management team.
  • Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Provide financial leadership in ERP system implementations and digital transformation projects.

    • Reporting & Compliance

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (FRS 101, Group Reporting, Management Accounts).
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and international accounting standards.
