Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of 10 - 15 members to perform accurate and timely day-to-day financial accounting operations for all hotels of a company.
  • Preparing reports of financial figures, periodic analysis, and management reports with inputs to support management team decision-making.
  • Managing the overall financial forecast, processes, policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
  • Systemically tracking progress against goals and identifying key top and bottom-line growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring accounting closing, and compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing cash flow, cash projection, Operation Budget for all hotels, Capex, Budget of new Project, and pricing.
