Location: Hybrid / remote in Helsinki, Finland
In this role, you won't be stepping into a classic controller role, but you'll be building the finance backbone of a profitable, scaling global SaaS company.

Your mission: Turn finance into a scalable operating system that supports growth in a profitable, global SaaS company. Actively redesign how finance works by leveraging automation, AI, and smarter financial models.
Work model: Finland-based, remote-friendly (Helsinki preferred but not mandatory). English is our working language.
Growth opportunity: Real ownership from day one, with the potential to grow into a broader finance leadership role as we scale.
Your manager: You report to our CFO, Vesa Rikkinen, who's direct, analytical, allergic to bureaucracy, and looking for someone who genuinely challenges and improves the current system.
Salary: Approx. 4500–5500 € / month (flexible for the right profile).
