Job Description

Financial Controller - Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly reports and derive actionable insights from financial figures.
  • Engage with managers regularly to discuss results and conduct formal monthly reviews comparing actuals to budgets.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance deeply to understand and explain the drivers behind results.
  • Support managers with initiatives to enhance performance and provide coaching to help them achieve their financial and operational goals.
  • Coordinate with General Accounting teams to produce monthly analytical reports, standardize reporting formats, and streamline the production process.
  • Ensure accurate billing and margin recognition of all projects on schedule.
