The Opportunity
Join a growing, multi-branded  retail-service business where the company has grown from strength to strength, both organically and through acquisition. Supported by an experienced leadership team and established systems, this is a hands-on role with real influence and a classic Financial Controller role, reporting to the CFO. 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end finance operations
  • Deliver accurate month-end close and management reporting
  • Manage cash flow, banking, and funding facilities
  • Ensure compliance across BAS, IAS, FBT, Payroll Tax, and Super
  • Oversee payroll, AR, AP, and statutory obligations
  • Strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting
  • Partner with leadership to provide commercial insight
  • Lead and develop accounts and administration teams
