Financial Controller

This healthcare group are going through an exciting period of growth and change backed by their PE owners. As the business continues to grow via both organic growth and M&A they are looking Financial Controller to work closely with the CEO to drive the finance function. This role will lead the entire finance function in a Head of Finance style role.  

The key duties of the role will include but not be limited to: 

• Leading the financial group financial reporting process for month end, quarter end, half year and year end
• Prepare and present the monthly board back to the board
• Drive the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting process
• Work closely with the wider business to support commercial decision making
• Oversee the finance team across all functions of finance
• Manage the external audit process and relationships
