Responsibilities

  • Support the collection and organization of accounting and financial information from the Group’s companies.
  • Verify the completeness and consistency of the documentation received.
  • Assist with uploading and validating information in financial consolidation systems.
  • Prepare reports and templates to support consolidation and financial closing processes.
  • Review the consistency of financial statements and reported information.
  • Support intercompany reconciliations and identify potential discrepancies.
  • Assist in following up on information requests with different departments and Group companies.
  • Organize documentation related to financial closings and audits.
  • Support the preparation of information for internal and external audits.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department’s procedures.
