Responsibilities
- Support the collection and organization of accounting and financial information from the Group’s companies.
- Verify the completeness and consistency of the documentation received.
- Assist with uploading and validating information in financial consolidation systems.
- Prepare reports and templates to support consolidation and financial closing processes.
- Review the consistency of financial statements and reported information.
- Support intercompany reconciliations and identify potential discrepancies.
- Assist in following up on information requests with different departments and Group companies.
- Organize documentation related to financial closings and audits.
- Support the preparation of information for internal and external audits.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department’s procedures.
