We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Finance Assistant to support the General Manager Brazil and ensure efficient financial and administrative operations.

Key responsibilities
Support budget tracking, expense control, and basic financial reporting
Assist with monthly payroll in coordination with HR, Finance, and external providers
Manage invoices, purchase orders, payments, and bank reconciliations

Support audits, compliance, and internal control processes
