Financial Analyst

Summary

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial accounting and analysis to support the Controller and the Finance Group for one of the divisions of the business (16 Distribution locations). Responsibilities encompass monthly financial close and reporting, assisting with monthly forecasts and annual budgets.

Duties And Responsibilities

May include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting of results and business metrics
• Prepare monthly variance analyses at the business unit level
• Assist Controller with monthly sales forecast and annual business unit budgets including Target setting
• Reconcile and review appropriateness of customer and supplier rebate accruals
• Maintain monthly account reconciliations for specific Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring that all accounts are reconciled timely within the month end cycle, and that adjustments are ma...
