Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Remote from Anywhere in LATAM

Schedule: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST

Compensation : $2,000 - $2,500 / month (salary based on experience)

Our client is a fast-growing coaching, education, and events company running multiple marketing initiatives across different audiences and offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial forecasts and cash flow models.
  • Track budget vs. actual performance and provide clear variance reports.
  • Create digital and in person event budgets based on historical data and KPIs
  • Work directly with the bookkeeper to ensure accurate, up-to-date financials.
  • Calculate and track commissions for the sales team.
