Richter Consulting, Inc. (“RCI”) is a member of the Richter Group. RCI serves its clients with a multidisciplinary group of 6 partners and ~20 professionals. We work with US-based leverage lenders, private equity firms, and major banks regarding their portfolio companies/investments. Our clients call upon our experienced professionals to provide our expertise in Asset-Based Lending Diligence, as well as Business Assessment, Cash Flow Forecasting, Financial Reorganization/Profitability Improvement, Crisis Management, and Transaction Advisory, among other services.
