DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Collect, process, analyze, and deliver data to aid with decision-making, advisor scorecard tracking, and public reporting. Implement ETL processes to clean, transform, and pre-process financial data for analysis and reporting, and drive business intelligence initiatives. Implement automation solutions for routine data processing tasks, reducing manual efforts and improving efficiency in handling financial data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders including Product Controllers and CFOs to understand data requirements and provide effective technical solutions. Drive and monitor the monthly reporting process for public disclosure while establishing controls for financial reporting. Develop financial models to evaluate the impact of proposed changes, market impacts, or strategies on the organization's financial performance.
