Sanlam is looking for an experienced, high-performing Financial Advisory Manager to lead from the front and build a successful advisory business in the Beaufort West area.

What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in financial services / advisory leadership
• A strong track record in sales, production, and business growth
• Ability to recruit, coach, and develop a team of advisors
• Professionalism, drive, and strong client relationship skills
• A leader ready to build a high-performance culture and deliver results
What you will receive:
• Vesting bonus of up to R1.6 million over 24 months
• Very attractive commission splits
• Training allowance of R27,000
