We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Menlyn, Pretoria area.

This role is integral to supporting financial advisers by ensuring the efficient administration of client portfolios, maintaining exceptional service standards, and contributing to a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Strong experience in financial administration, including Section 14 transfers, Retirement Annuities (RA), Living Annuities (LA), policy reviews, and claims processing. Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A process-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both client-facing and within a professional team environment. Proficiency in industry systems and platforms, including Xplan, Astute, LWDP, and various product provider portals....
