We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented Financial Administrator to manage our client’s daily financial operations for a micro-enterprise. In this critical role, you will ensure the accurate processing of incoming and outgoing payments, maintain organized financial records, and support our technical and management teams with general administrative duties. This is an in-office role.



Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy of prices, quantities, and technical specifications.

• Match purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes before processing payments.

• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor payment inquiries.

• Prepare and execute weekly/monthly payment runs (EFTs).
