KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Review of Cashbooks for the Group
2. Preparation of projected monthly/weekly Cashflows
3. Preparation/Review of journals
4. Preparation/Review of balance sheet recons
5. Compilation/Review of Monthly Management accounts
6. Preparation of audit packs and overseeing the external audit
7. Assisting in preparation/review of the AFS for the Group
8. Preparation of annual budgets
9. Preparation of tax comps and review of tax returns
10. Review of Vat workings
11. Liaison with Tax Practitioner and resolving all tax matters.
12. Liaison with Internal Auditors and assist with queries.
13. Reviewing and updating of systems description and SOPs
14. Reviewing of processes and making changes where necessary to improve efficiency
15. Review of system generated transactions and reports.
