The Opportunity
A global professional services firm is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their Melbourne-based finance team. This is a broad role offering exposure across tax, financial reporting, and commercial finance in a multi-entity environment.

Working closely with senior stakeholders locally and internationally, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual financial statements and manage tax compliance (GST, BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax)
  • Support monthly reporting across multiple entities
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
  • Partner with stakeholders on tax planning and compliance matters
  • Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies (ATO, ASIC)
