Summary

Be responsible for financial accounting, reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, sales and service tax. Involve in yearly financial audit and tax computation.

Responsibilities

• Check sales invoices against shipments report and ensure billing price correctness.
• Check AP payments and invoices.
• Data entry for AR and AP when required.
• Handle fixed asset management including maintenance of fixed asset register and asset tagging.
• Handle sales and service tax to ensure compliance and on‑time reporting.
• Prepare monthly analysis schedules and monitor monthly closing process tightly to ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.
