Financial Accountant

McCosker currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team based in Brisbane or Gladstone, Queensland.

• Full Time - Permanent Position
• Monday to Friday - 40 hours

About the Role:

• Play a key role in the evolution of the groups finance function as we look to support the digital transformation of the McCosker group.
• Facilitate the monthly financial accounting process across the operational and investment group
• Preparation of financial reports in accordance with all relevant regulatory requirements for multiple entities
• Facilitate the external audit and interface with external accountants
• Responsibility to set and maintain relevant procedures and the financial accounting manual.
• Support the broader finance team with Project and asset accounting.
