As a Regional Business Excellence Lead, you will drive initiatives to elevate financial performance, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure strategic alignment across automotive programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial processes and systems, grounded in Principle Based Management (PBM), to create long-term value.What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that enhance profitability and operational efficiency
  • Analyze financial performance of Tier 1 automotive programs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain program forecasts to support decision-making and value creation
  • Monitor and optimize program costs including labor, materials, and services
  • Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
