Finance Transformation Specialist | Payroll Project

Job Details An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Payroll Transformation Lead to drive a large-scale business transformation program. This role will lead the design and implementation of a consistent payroll operating model across a complex, multi-entity organisation while supporting the rollout of a new enterprise HR and payroll platform. Working closely with the leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in simplifying payroll operations, strengthening governance and ensuring a seamless transition from project delivery into business-as-usual operations. This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder management, project leadership and deep payroll expertise.
