Finance Systems Lead

Job description The Finance Systems team is responsible for supporting and evolving the technology platforms that enable Finance operations across the Group. The team manages critical finance applications, supports day-to-day business operations, and partners closely with Finance, Shared Services, and Technology teams to deliver transformation initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure stable, efficient, and compliant financial systems.This is a key leadership role driving the evolution of our finance systems landscape.You will lead the ERP transformation journey, act as a strategic partner to Finance, and shape how technology supports and enables the function. Balancing transformation and BAU, you will ensure our systems are efficient, scalable, and consistently one step ahead of business needs.What you will be doing;
