Job Responsibilities

  • Support monthly closing, reporting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Prepare financial and operational performance reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Perform profitability, cost, and business performance analyses.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses.
  • Ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide insights.
  • Drive process improvements using BI, AI, and data tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or External Audit.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of AI analytics and data automation.
  • Good command of English.

Location: Esenyurt, Istanbul.
