As a Finance Reconcile Staff, your primary role is to assist the Finance Reconcile Supervisor to handle tasks related to ensuring that financial records, accounts, and transactions are accurate and consistent.


Job Description :

  1. Perform daily financial reconciliation between internal records and bank statements.
  2. Trace and investigate discrepancies between actual transaction data and e-statements.
  3. Reconcile balances and transactions in escrow accounts, virtual accounts and operational accounts.
  4. Ensure that payment, disbursement, and refund transactions match the payment gateway and the company system.
  5. Conduct investigations on failed or pending transactions.
  6. Ensure that funding transactions, installment payments, accelerated repayments, penalty, and administration fees are recorded correctly.
